 How to tie elastic shoe laces?

1. Lock in: Replace laces in shoes with elastic shoelace (for best fit, install laces with foot inside shoe). Then squeeze the stopper and thread the ends of the laces through the openings.
2. Trim to Fit: (Before cutting, wiggle feet to make sure laces are comfortable and that they have adequate length to remove). Use a pair of scissors to trim off the sealed ends of laces and any excess lace. 
3. Secure Clip: Finally, align the trimmed ends of laces with the "teeth" inside the cord clip, and snap together to secure. (Clip does not secure around sealed ends, these will need to be trimmed)
4. Finish: Now you are ready to run with your new stretch shoelaces
